Ok here goes. This is Space Mountain. It resembles the original Space Mountain in Disneyland Paris in many ways. For those of you who are not familiar with it: the setting is Jules Verne and his idea to travel to the moon, aided by this huge canon. Gotta love it. Of course i've used the original Space Mountain soundtrack.

This is the complete building:

This is the station:

This is the launch:

Then this is the ride itself:

And the arrival back at the station, including flashy lightning:

Here are some stats:

The ride will be available when the patch is released (next week), 'cause it is still suffering from a couple of bugs which are said to be solved by then. Hopefully.

C&c appreciated.

That looks amazing!

I especially like the way you did the dual spur station. Looks great.

I think the layout is lacking a bit, its unrealistic. You seem to know the overall rough layout (few know what it looks like exactly) but the overall heoght is out of proportion.

What reference did you use for the layout?

I made the ride here take a look

@2005:
LOL, didn't see your post, otherwise i would have payed more attention to how you did it (YOURS would be my reference ;)). No really, i have absolutely no idea what the layout should be like... Yours is closer, indeed, BUT, i dare say that my coaster got higher grades ;)... And that's important since it's positioned into a complete Disneyland (under construction)... Need to get visitors ey? :)

I just wanted to make a cool rollercoaster with a Space Mountain feel and that's why i focussed on the canon. Too bad there is no Catapult section, cause that would make things easier. I just launched from the station, at 120 km/h, which also is unrealisticly fast. But with fireworks along the way, it turned out to be pretty cool... You have no idea how eager i am to show ya all, but i HAVE to wait for the patch...

Anyways, I'm gonna try your file tomorrow.

Thx @ AsTroWorLD & Coasterbuf. I appreciate it!

Feel free to copy my layout. Getting layout plans is extremely tough. I use to have the lyout plans a few years ago on a HD but they dissappeared. I will try and find them. In the meantime i have a few links that you should really try (just interesting to see what it actually looks like)

Could you please not use chat speak? It is very annoying.

I agree with sevey13.

leafs_suck222: when it's finished, i will make it downloadable. For now, the pics of the total park are not that interesting, because there is not much more to see than the pics of the rides i posted so far. I have to warn you, though: the park layout doesn't look like any of the Disneyland parks. I mean, i do have zones like Frontierland, Adventureland, Discoveryland etc, but they are not arranged like they should be. It's kinda like a new Disneyland, which i call 'Disneyland Holland' .

2005: Thanks for those references. I'm not going to rebuild the ride, but thanks anyway. It's fun to see what it should look like and how wrong my memory actually is ^_^....

Ah who cares. On to Big Thunder Mountain!!!

i thought of making a fully themed ride but its 3/1/2 years since i went so i don't remember the themeing that well. Its very very dark anyway.

Dark indeed. That's why i left open half of the building. If you can't feel the g-forces, you should at least be able to see something :)...

Here's the video (DIVX):

The ride still is a bit too short to fit the theme. Or maybe it's just too fast, i dunno
