Where did you get the idea to make a loop between the loop/ THat really increases excitement. It is really easy to do in rct3 right. I did one with a inverted coaster.

That ride there looks alot of fun.
it reminds me about the Orient Express.........

well i also like to add that you done a nice job.

Can we get a video? Cant wait to see it!

Haven't made a video yet but the saved game is here (also listed above)

its based on a few real coasters:

orient express
dragon mountain
drachen fire

the interlocking loops aren't as easy as rct2, the game is more picky about clearance.

its intentionally a little bit weird, but no more than the orignal DM. Also i included the vocanoe surprised no one noticed that!

its easier to d/l becasue the file size is only 900kb a video would be 20mb+ and you can't look around, but if everyone really wants a video i'll put one up on the weekend.

I noticed the volcano. I've done a prelim landscape map for my park, Carolina Adventure Park, and I wanted to use the Volcano ride effect, but I also wanted a mountain, and I wasn't sure if a mountain and a Volcano on the same island would look right, but you've given me a possible idea on a solution if I'm not satisfied with the setup.

I buried the volcanoe in the landscape using the shift key. download it and take a look.

This ride was just to try out ideas anyway.

What I'm thinkin of doing is, on my "Adventure Island" island, I build a small mesa with the terrain tool, and then just plop the volcano on top of that, re-texture the mesa a little so that the textures blend more realistically, and then build a few rides around the volcano. One ride would swoop down to the lava flow at the base of the Volcano, while a duel splash boat ride would wrap around behind the mountain, and then have 1 lane splash down into the lake around the island, and have the other splash down a little higher than that, so I could switch the tracks, so that, where you started the ride, isn't where you finished.

Also decided on a name for the mountain. Mount U'namid.

Hey, I tried that technique of yours for the volcano. I got awesome results. I'll make a screenie of it today. Make sure to come by the Carolina Adventure Park thread to check it out ^_^

I have the file on my other computer, but my uni won't let me FTP my webspace from their network (the computer is my PC in my room) so i can't post it there yet or when i back later tonight!

I'll try and find another host, if the thrillnetwork still won't work (it was working)
