I can please Clint Bushton on all 3 levels, but on the last one, I can't get enough profit from my stalls (i need $200 monthly profit), anyone got any tips for getting the stall profit to go up?

Have more for sale
Like adding a hot dog and offering it with mustard at 10 cents more than the plain dog
Have more stalls selling things
So set your research for stalls and reduce research on everything else
Also raise the prices across the board of everything you have for sale.

Just like DWWilkin - I always make my stalls do offer two versions of the same item, one with nothing on and one with all the extras - and I price it at a midway point between the main sizes... like this:

Small Hotdog.......................(NO EXTRAS) $1.00
Small Hotdog THE WORKS.....(ALL EXTRAS) $1.50
Med. Hotdog........................(NO EXTRAS) $2.00
Med. Hotdog THE WORKS.....(ALL EXTRAS) $2.50
and so on...

You'll find that peeps will buy items with toppings for much more than you think. Also I've noticed that if you train your vendors you're much more likely to up-sell to the "The Works" versions.

PS I always add the term "The Works" to my items where it's one with all the extras on, that way I can see at a glance how well people are buying or not - "I'm not paying that much for Small Hotdog THE WORKS"

Works for me!

Training my vendors helped me on this one too.

I do exact same as P1atinum, except I'm too lazy to type THE WORKS, so I just type 2. I like how you can add different amounts of different toppings in this ... a great new feature.

make sure you check how lazy your vendors are too. when i first started playing i didn't realize you could do this and i opened it up and noticed that some of the vendors were at 80-100% laziness. so make sure you discipline those. i usually discipline them if they're above 50%
