I think the premise here is to learn how to build using the shift key...

You start with 50,000 and it does not need repaying.

You just have to have shop income of 200 a month by the end and satisfy Clint Bushton on rides.

First thing is to set a preference in your research for shops.

Then you can add a few mechanics, and train them fully, and add a few janitors.

The space right next to the entry is good for an ATM and Information booth and then the open area is good for a roller coaster. Make it excitement 6 and you will not need another. Waypoint the rollercoaster for Clint Bushton and he'll go right to it when he arrives in the park.

TO get the shop income up I built two of everything. I placed the first one of each along the L formed from the entry, breaking them with intervening paths, not next to each other.

The second shop, or food stand I placed around the pathways near the go kart entries. I used shift to bring the shop level with the walkways there. When you see the blue Frontage arrow, on top of the pathway that means it is level.

I built just a few other rides for the peeps, but they serve little purpose, you won't run out of money by the time you satisfy Clint. Happy peeps however do spend money at shops and stalls.

there's also a few unneeded pathways that you can delete right off the bat. it'll give you a few bucks and stop peeps from wandering around where there's nothing

Cool! I'm not sure but did you get this out of the RCT3 primia's guide? If not can I include these in an offical coming up "Tips and Tricks for RCT3" thread. I've already e-mailed frontier and gotten approval for most part. It took me forever to read with the contract.
