Fortuneately this still takes some time to win.

The north side of the canals is ripe for building.

Build all the gentle, thrill and junior rides.

Build 2 each of the food and drink stands (Moorish Kababs...)

As always build that info booth, it will rain.

Hire mechanics and janitors.

Research more thrill rides

Advertise in a national newspaper for the park.

You should see your park boost its value as you add more rides. You should see the ride revenue come in without adjusting ride price. That it takes about a game time year paces the scenario. That you can just develope the north side, still should see some play balance.

i basically did what you did. i placed no entry signs about midway back so people wouldn't go wandering off. i placed a tricycle boat things right in front of the palace building in the center and people lined all the way back for it so i played rowboats in the top left hand corner. placed a few more small gentle and thrill rides and that's basically all you need to do. this is a really easy scenario to pass

Okay, my problem with the scenario is that I can't get water in the park. When I click the terrain button it tels me that I can't change the terrain in that scenario. How do I get water so I can build water rides??? Help!!

In the left reflecting pool between the entry hall and the Taj Mahal I have placed a water ride. Since there is water everywhere it is quite easy to place waterrides in this park. If you wish to put log flumes, splash boats, or other rides, those are coaster builds and also easily done. If you need to clear interposed terrain, you can always start the ride higher by using your shift key.
