This takes time. You have to get ride income, and peeps must come to the park, and stay.

First thing is to pay off the loan. Raise your entrance fee. Research all the thrill rides, then junior rides, then stalls, then coasters. You have enough coasters to start with to build the coaster requirements at the beginning. Some AI strategies can generate enough income off of them to hit your $700 a month. Not all.

Overtime you'll need 3 to 4 or more mechanics. And twice as many janitors to keep the vomit swept up. It is a big park with a lot of pathways. If you take care of the litter and vomit, then more Peeps seem to come to the park...

Advertise in the National newspaper to get Peeps to come to the park. Adjust the ride charges. The two strategies are to raise the prices and this seems to work when most of the Peeps needs are satisfied. If that is not the case then lowering the price and making the monthly revenue up in volume is the other strategy. The center aisle is a great place to put additional stalls, but as time goes by you'll be spotting them all around the park.

Building more than the three coasters will help with your revenue goals. Peeps seem to come to the park when a new coaster or ride is introduced and go on the new ride a little more often. The money is never really a problem, it is the time that you must wait to get through the number of Peeps in the park and then the revenue. In real time it can take over an hour to play.

you can do this well within a year if you do it right, took about 15 mins of gameplay using the strategy above.

With this one I actually got rid of the "building" in the bottom of your image, the raised path, the small building near the lake and everything on the other side of it. From there I built some small rides and built the park up from there.
