Scenario 4) Monster Lake

2 Coasters minimum length 524.93 ft

Total monthly ride income of $800

Park Rating 800
VIPeep Bob Waterman-Visit Swimming Pool

A swimming pool in Scotland? Well this scenario is rather easy.

What to do in order to complete it, is build lots of Thrill rides, and one more coaster. The Nessie looking coaster already meets the coaster conditions. For the two challenges, sell pumpkin pies, and the Spooky theme are very easy to complete. This is a middle level challenge scenario and good for somewhere between 1 and 2 hours of play.

You can set your entrance fee to 10, and then raise it 20 as the game progresses. Build lots of food and drink stalls, hire and train your mechanics, then later on train your janitors. You dont need to build a pool until you have reached Entrepreneur so don't.

The first thing to build is a second Coaster. That should be easy enough. A mini-coaster can be built to be long enough to make the lenght requirements with the money that you have avaliable or can get from a loan. Build a great deal of thrill rides, and raise the base prices to double and increase the charge for the turtle boats since that will generate revenue, and you need the 800 monthly income. You will need those janitors to keep the park clean since that is the best way to eliminate the negative effects of litter and vomit and succeed with a higher park score.

For the challenges, you are not limited to just building one stall of Pumpkin Pies, or stopping at four Spooky rides... It should be easy to handle the challenges. Once the Apprentice and Entreprenuer are done. Build a pool and set a waypoint for Bob Waterman to it.

Am having trouble with this scenario as well. I have put in a coaster well above the length requirement and it is not checked off? Is this a new bug added or am I missing something? Any help would be most appreciated. I'm frustrated with this scenario as well. Thank you very much for your help.

As long as both coasters are open and peeps are riding them, then they should check off. Try saving the game, exiting to the top level and reopening game. Otherwise I do not know why you are experiencing a problem. The strategy guides were written one iteration of the game at a time, so it is possible that a bug fix of Wild invalidated some of the base game of Soaked.

Here's a look at my finished product of this level.

Built my second coaster to make the most of the scenary provided by the spooky castle and the terrain near the lake. Also, I packed all my thrill rides into one general area near a food court, and surrounded the whole thing with items like skulls, graveyards, monsters, zombie hands, etc. All of that seems to overwhelm the peeps with happiness as they stand in long lines to ride everything, including the most dull of gentle rides you give them.

Regarding the Goth Challange on Monster Lake, make sure that once you build up a couple of Spooky rides, to put tonnes of Spooky scenary around them, otherwise you won't get the reward of 5K.

just started playing the whole game over. i did everything except get my park rating up and was wondering what was going on.

i checked and my rating had -600 garbage! it was because i didn't put any janitors on the 2 small islands in the lake.

Apologies for the bump, but I have something to add:

The Sea Serpent Coaster is prone to crashing on the tail, so add a segment or two to the end of the track. I noticed the ride was closed and I found people drowning in the lake at one point. But it's a good guide though! :)
