After a nearly one year delay construction has once again resumed on Lucky's Odyssey and this time it's better than ever. You may remember this park best for it's popular attraction, "Journey to the Center". Unfortunetly Journey had to be removed because it's current form just wasn't working out, but don't worry, Journey will be rebuilt using new and better techniques that will really make this ride what it was meant to be.

But for now workers have been spending countless hours constructing the first major section of the park, "Forest of Fear" already 3 roller coasters, and several rides are completed, and a ground work is already being laid out for a fourth coaster.

To celebrate this occasion LC Resorts has put together a promo video for the park. Hope you enjoy it.

Hey thanks, glad you remember me ;) I'm glad to be back, I guess Soaked! inspired me to finish up the park. By the way if anyone wants me to make a seperate video just for any of the attractions let me know. I had a lot of fun making this video.

Also I'm looking for someone to maybe do some custom signs for me for my park, I have the graphics ready just need someone that knows what their doing to help me out. I'd really appreciate it. If you're interested let me know :)

Construction Continues As Lucky's Odyssey Expands

Only one week after Lucky's Odyssey unveiled their new promo video construction is in full swing and already the newest attraction is beginning to take shape. At first glance the large structure surrounding the actual coaster might look like a new hotel or resort but you would be wrong. It is infact just part of the themeing that brings the attraction's story to life. Behind the large building is the actual ride it's self, a giant blue and white, twisted, wooden, monster currently being called "Project Hurricane". It's the park's first wooden roller coaster and like most of the rides at Lucky's Odyssey there's something special about this ride.

It's the first ever launching wooden roller coaster. That's right this beast launches you to 50mph. in seconds and throws you into it's twisted nightmare of a track. The track is full of twists and turns that keep you guessing, and just when you think that's all you'll even find a loop hidden among it's wooden superstructure.

The story of this coaster hasn't been 100% revealed yet but the rumor is it has something to do with a hurricane hitting a popular hotel/resort on the island. The hotel surrounding the ride not only serves as a major prop for the story but will also house another attraction. A "haunted house" type of ride will also be part of the story as the ride takes you into the dark terrors that are kept within the hotel that was destroyed by the storm. Not many other details are available for the attractions but we will let you know as soon as more become available.

Hmm, a launching woodie? I can't wait to see more of this. What did you do, use block brakes to speed the coaster up out of the station? Or do woodies also have launch capabilities?
