View Full Version : Non-Profit Parks?

I find that no matter how I try, I can't make a park with queue lines that are consistently filled. As such, my parks rarely support any profit and I'm forced to work off loans if I want to build anything of any value. This is a huge change from the previous games in the series and it's very disheartening.

I was wondering if there are any solutions as to fix my barren coaster issue and if any of the expansions fix anything that could help me? Well, I guess Wild isn't out, so I'm really just wondering about Soaked! as it is.

Thanks in advance for any help on the matter.

Build the park in Sandbox to what you want (closed), open it in Scenario Editor then to set goals, and save a copy to "scenario's"
Now open it there and go....

I'm talking in terms of current scenarios. Whenever I hit Tycoon in career mode my parks never make a reasonable profit to even consider a continuation of the park. Half of the fun from previous games was beating a scenario and then just screwing around with my incredible park. Now that's not even an option as no one rides my rides and I never make a buck.

May I ask if you got the patch? It was supposed to alleviate that problem.

I just got it recently and have noticed that the problem is still there. Bah.

Demolish attractions and build new ones. Also meet the peep requirements with things like food and toilets

Kick the peeps out by closing the park and then re-open it.

You should see a renewed interest in yer rides.
