Scenery built with recent versions of the importer already works just fine with Wild!, this new version adds support for the new features in the new expansion.

Changes:
1.Changes to the way items added in the addons are marked so that its clear which ones can be used with which addons. (read the notes in the main window). Should a patch be released for Soaked!, I will be checking it to see if it adds support for any of the currently "wild only" items and updating the details as necessary.
2.Support for the new TextureStyles present in Wild!
3.Support for the feature used for advertising/custom images (I dont know how it all works, I just know that there is a mesh flag that specifies "this mesh is an advertising billboard")
4.Support for the new object types in Wild! (animal fence and animal misc which covers viewing galleries, animal shelters and the animal keepers hut/shed thing). No this doesnt mean you can build new shelters etc, just that the list of object types now has all the new ones from Wild!.
5.Support for the new themes (safari and prehistoric) in Wild!. If a scenery item uses one of the normal RCT3 themes, it will work in all versions of RCT3 (unless it uses something else from Soaked! or Wild!). If it uses Atlantis or Island Paradise, it will only work if Soaked! is installed and if it uses Safari or Prehistoric, it will only work if Wild! is installed.
and 6.The beginnings of support for Stalls and Special Attractions (i.e. toilets, ATMs and first aid posts)

As you can see, buttons for Stalls and Special Attractions are there but disabled. Hopefully I can have a new release out by xmas that actually lets you create those items. (although there is much I do not know about the format of them)

To download the new version
http://users.tpgi.com.au/adsloptd/rct3imp13.zip
http://users.tpgi.com.au/adsloptd/sids.zip
http://users.tpgi.com.au/adsloptd/sids2.zip
http://users.tpgi.com.au/adsloptd/sids3.zip (new, contains dumps of objects from Wild! plus objects which have had changes to their sid data between Soaked! and Wild!)

EDIT: If you downloaded sids3.zip just now and got a file called Sign_2x1_Rorate.sid, download it again because I fixed a mistake in it (and removed the Sign_2x1_Rorate.sid file because it animates and I dont give out .sid files for things that my importer doesnt support)

Jonwil is it possible for you to update other peopleís scenery packs? I have and need a lot of Park Novices custom work, but yet he hasnít been around for some time, so could I send you the files for you to update? Or is that copyrighting?

In order to update the scenery packs, you need to have the *.ase and other source files for the packs.

Thanks again JonWil for all your hard work (and very quick updates! ) in creating this cool utility. Now I just have to remember how to use it, then buckle down and update my sets to work with Wild. :)

Jonwil, you might want to check v13, I just tried it with my dark ride set & when installing the theme, all the folders are empty. It isn't installing the ovl files into the game, just the folders for each prop.

Does v121 work?
I didnt change anything in the code that would affect the installing of themes.

121 seems to work fine, I used it to rework my Dark Ride set & then tried the new one tonight to see if it made any difference, but the folders inside the main theme were all empty.

JonWil, I also noticed that it took a much longer time than normal for the "Install Completed" message box to appear.

I've tried installing 3 times, & closed the importer in between. I'm going to keep trying to see if it's something on my end or a problem with the importer.

EDIT - Jonwil, I guess it was something on my end. I just started over & reworked the theme again & it installed just fine this time. I'm not sure what happened & I don't know of anything I did different, but all is well as far as I can tell.

JonWil, some further info about the occasional problem Marnetmar and I have had.

I noticed that a "Style\Themed\KLN-Framework\...etc..." folder appeared in the root of the drive containing the copy of your program that I was executing. All of the OVLs etc were there too. So perhaps when installing, when your app is trying to get the install path for RCT3 from the Registry, but for some reason that function call fails and it defaults to the current drive. That might also explain why the time between pressing 'Install' and the confirmation message appearing was a lot longer than normal, since it was searching the Registry but coming up empty handed.

Just some observations that might help with debugging. ;)
