Here you go - turned off flag 33 for all objects, as requested by members. Thanks for your input! Let me know if anything misbehaves.

There's collision detection on the set now.

It's ok, I just don't remember that from before.:p

I haven't tried it yet, but it didn't have collision detection before.

It's just a flag 33 setting so you're able to use the global delete function on the objects; with 33 set on, the only collision should be betwen the obect and pathway. Steelworx (original and wild revision has this). With it off, you lose the global delete.

Ahh, ok, gotcha.:)

Edit: Oh, the only downside I can see to this is that the Stone arch can't be used for the paths now. I haven't needed to do this, so it's not a big deal to me, but it's out there.:)

You know something, I didn't think of that - good point! Tonight I'll remove 33 from the stone arch - that should really be able to go on a path. Thanks for the heads up.

good work pumper
I keep colision detection on in my pieces, but there are a few pieces designed to go where they would'nt be able to with collision detection on so I remove it on those pieces only and add a * to the end of the name denoting collision detection is off for this piece of scenery, it just makes it easier when looking at the pieces in rct, to see that a piece with * in the name can be placed almost anywhere.

Keep up the good work pumper.

You're welcome.

If I may be so bold to recommend, any chance of getting that for the Black and Smoke Walls too? Those examples in your other thread about making the interiors appear dark by using those also can't be done with it. I found that out last night.:D

Great work man. :)

Thanks for updating your set Pumper! However...I too am concerned about the collision detection changes. How will this affect parks that we already made where we used your objects next to or across paths? I used your stuff on paths all the time...Iím afraid that this will greatly limit the way we can use your set. I think what I loved most about the set was that we could put the objects ANYWHERE! They were so versatile. Please consider removing the collision detection again.

Great this stop almost all of those annoying pop up errors when I load my parks :)

I just need your Blox now and I am good to go again. I am probably one of the biggest exploiters of the Blox set, I am not sure many figured out the usefulness of that set yet beyond just making Lego buildings.

My thoughts on the collision detection are as follows:

I don't see global delete as being nearly as useful as having some walls and scenery that can be placed on paths without a cheat.

One of the things I like about most of the custom scenery is that they can be used in ways standard scenery cannot.

Thanks again!

Thanks everyone - I have the nastiest week ever at work because holiday season is just about kicked into high gear.

To make things easier, tonight - I'll simply DE-tag all the dark ride objects, and they'll be free as a bird. LOL :-)
Thanks again for the feedback.

THANKS PUMPER! Sorry we are being pests! Take your time. And thanks again so much for the update! I've been waiting to install Wild mostly for this set. :) (and Blox ;)) But take your time...real life has to come first. We all understand that.
