Where do i install this at (Themeing, Walls, Doors, You Get The Point)? I know it self extracts to themed directory, but when i go into the game, it is not there?

Any help?

Thanks,
NEWB

Go into the file to see if it is actually there:

C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster TycoonŽ 3\Style\Themed

I'm not sure what set/sets you have Zkin, but it depends on what the pieces were saved as, such as a wall piece, regular scenery, tree, etc.

You'll have to look in the various sections to see what is where.

I'll move this to the custom scenery forum.

Thanks,

I am trying to get the mainstreet scenery on, and it is in one folder, then inside that folder is another with the files.

This end up being the address,
C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster TycoonŽ 3\Style\Themed\shy-Main Street Set\shy-Main Street Set

and inside the last folder is like 30 or so files all with the extension at the end (.ovl). They are all the OVL File Type.

So could this help you with helping me?

Thanks,
Zkin

EDIT: My Themed Folder Was Empty Before I Put The Main Street Pack in It, Is That Bad?

It sounds like everything's in the right place, are you trying to use this in a sandbox park or a sceneario?

I don't know where everything is, but there should be a lot of pieces in the wall sets.

Yes that's bad, is it still empty except for the Main Street theme?

It sounds like you need to reinstall the game if the other theme folders aren't in there. You don't have the Space, Wild West, etc in there? Can you place any of the regular game props when playing?

In order to use the custom sets in a scenario, you need to go to the options menu then click on Tools, then Sceneario Editor, then Set Up Inventions & move any/all items in the first or second column to the column on the right & then they'll show up in a new sceneario.

Hmmm.. Well I can place all of the included theming walls, roofs, etc (Game Drops). However the custom stuff just does not show up. Not even in sandbox. Should i reninstall the game since the origninal theme packs are not in the themed directory?

If all the regular in game stuff is working, you might try going into the Themed folder & delete the Main Street folder & then reinstall it & see if that works.

Do all the regular in game scenery sets show up when you play the game?

I'm wondering because if they do, then what happened to their folders in the Themed folder.

Your Welcome, I'm glad to help

They show up in the game, but they are not in the Themed Folder, weird huh? I am going to bed now, if you have anymore info for the wise, please tell me!

Otherwise Ill talk in the morning.

Also the only thing in my themed folder is the MainStreet Folder.

I am just kind of confused, I might try reinstalling the game, thanks again!
