In theory, yes. I believe you need the GMax plugin pack for Unreal which exports as *.MD3 files. Then you can use Milkshape to convert it from MD3 into a Milkshape file or *.3DS, then Biturn to convert into ASE. Don't ask me how successful all those conversions will be. ;)

Since I think you have to go through Milkshape anyway, I would suggest trying that 3D modeller. It's pretty cheap ($25) to keep after the trial period runs out.

Soz admin but the custom scenary thred is under Rct3 EXCHANGE ;)

Ps where can i get this unreal plugin from!

No, it won't export to the ase format, but you can easily convert the Milkshape ms3d files to the ase format with Biturn.
