Ok...ok...ok...ok

I have recently made some fireworks put to the tune of the new Space Mountain sountrack. It is pretty cool I think, and keep in mind that I could not put the music actually into RCT3 because it was not working. So I was listening to my iPod over and over again to get it perfect. And of course, now that I finished with the FireWorks, the music is now working inside RCT3 so... that was just great. Oh well, here ya go. Please oh please oh please tell me how I can improve because I am trying to get better at RCT3. Also, if anyone understands how to use the Guido Fawkes Advanced Fireworks Editor and is willing to tell me how because I have no idea, please share.

Here (http://hhjr.com/Space%20Mountain%20FWV2.wmv) is the link to a video of it

I'm going to move this to the MixMaster Shows forum with the other fireworks, etc.

Just my opinion and sorry I didn't state it was only a video before, but I think this should now be (since I clarified) in the General Discussion section because it is only the video.

Thanks,
Xymos

I think the show was pretty neat, maybe some use of custom fireworks (like rctpyro ones (curently offline)) would add to the realism of the show. overall its nice, fits to the music well (expecially from just listening from your iPod!)

If you look at my Disney and Alton Towers music sites thread there is a link to a site you can get the music from.

Yeah about the no custom fireworks, everyone knows that the 11th pack on RCTPyro is not working and wasn't working when I made this. But I fixed it. All of the firework shows that I will be doing will have the custom fireworks. To fix it, all you have to do (if you already have the pack downloaded on your computer. If not you will have to wait until RCTPyro is up again) sort the fireworks in the newly created folder by size. All of the fireworks that are like around 9kb, delete all of those. All of the left over fireworks, put into the fireworks folder. Hope this helps!

Cool show! I too have been working on show using the SM music, but I'm using the old music. It's taking me a long time to do becaue of school, the 2 other shows I'm doing, and well, time is scarse.

Also, how did you get it to record in that view? I can only do it with the flying cam. And do you know how to take video in a ride? Thanks.

1. Well, when a MixMaster show is playing, there is a blinking firework icon in the right hand corner of the screen. If you click it, it will take take you into a view especially for fireworks. It is just like CoasterCam, but for fireworks.
2. To start recording, press CTRL+SHIFT+F11. To stop recording, press it again. The fps(frames per second) will slow down unbelievably when you are recording, but this is normal.

About your SM show with the old music, I wish you luck. The music, which you most probably know, is very slow in the beginning so it's hard to find a good, slow, time-wasting firework. This is exactly why I chose the new soundtrack. Still, I would definately see it when it is done.

Thats great to know! Thanks alot. Ya, I have been working on sections at a time. It helps by letting me see how the show is turning out and then decide on an intro.

And about showing it, how can I do that. I have never uploaded a video for people to see before.

Thanks again!

As you already know, the video gets put into MyDocuments/MyVideos/RCT3

After all of the editing upload your file to one of these hosts in which I have put the pros and cons about each.

http://rapidshare.de -- Keeps your file until 30 days after no one has downloaded it, but extremely slow for you to upload and for us to download.

http://megaupload.com -- Somewhat faster that rapidshare, but you have to wait 45 seconds until you can download.

http://storeandserve.com -- Pretty good overall, but I have not used it so I could not tell you the specifics.

These are just some of the uploaders, but if you google something like uploads you might find some.
