If the .common.ovl for a scenery object is 149 bytes, the object has the "wild bug". If it is 155 bytes, it does not. If it is any other size, soemthing else is going on :)

You might want to take a look at the Dark Ride sets of mine & Pumpers then Jonwil, most, if not all of the commom.ovl files are 1kb in size. These have both been updated for Wild.

It depends on exactly what program (e.g. which version of windows and what settings etc if you are using windows explorer) is being used.

Some things (including windows itself at times) have a habit of displaying all files in kilobytes instead of bytes.

The version of marnetmar dark ride set & of pumper dark ride set I have has .common.ovl files that are 155 bytes in size.

The style.common.ovl file will be larger than that (as it contains text strings that, for some reason, the game will only read if they are in the .common.ovl file)

marnetmar, sorry to burst your bubble, but...
I'm using the European version of Wild. Any ideas?

Try downloading the version from MTTM instead of Trackworx. (MTTM=Mods to the Max)
