Sun City, the former military base in the Persian Gulf is now for sale. Long ago abandoned, it is going for a low, low price!

Low price for a military base that is - unfortunately, with your credit, the rate will be high. Lockheed Martin, the former main supplier to this base, and the local host nation would like to see you succeed. Do you have what it takes to transform this dilapidated military base into a thriving amusement park?

* Some assembly required. Rollercoaster definitely NOT included!

Sun City is the first creation by Voltec and it has been lightly play tested - Soaked required. (Ok, it won't be the most difficult scenario to beat, but it is my first attempt). Let me know what you think. Note: Check your research after beginning scenario - I can't find where to set it in the editor - I found it set to $0 when I tested it.

This looks pretty interesting, I'll have to look into it a little later. I actually haven't started playing any of the actual scenarios in the game yet since mostly I look around for cool looking parks people have created (or build my own) but this looks to be a simple challenge that may start me out pretty well off.

Looks like where I live and I live between two Military Bases. One army and one marine in the desert. I will try your park today. thanks

I *very loosely* (for obvious reasons) modeled it after a base that I was at for awhile. If you live in the US, than the inspiration for this isn't near your home.

Merry Christmas!
