Here's my latest (and completed) project, Intoxicator.

I just really wanted to test out the extended coaster, but I think it turned out pretty good...

(real screenshots later- it might take a while to get hold of them though, so just hold on:( )

Sorry for the double post, but no one was posting and I wanted to show the pics.:noob:

The logo with a waterslide on the right side splurting into the small pond. Splurting is a cool word.:D

Looking down the launch hill towards the station.

Cool cobra roll thingamajigger element.

The vertical loop before the cobra roll of wierdness.

Zero- G- Roll and overbanked curve. You can also see the waterfall that provides the water for the river that makes the desert oasis.

Interlocking corkscrews and airtime hill.

The small rock cave after the overbanked curve and before the airtime hill + the final turnaround before the brakerun and final small hill into the station.

Side view.

Final shot of the landscape of the oasis with terraforming.

There will be no updates as I am completely finished with it and I really want to start a new park I have ideas for.

Try changing your LOD settings.. most likley won't increase lag.

What are LOD settings? How do I change them? I'm not going to update this any more (as I said) but this could be useful for Herod Springs!

And can anyone (except !pi!, who's my best friend) comment on the rollercoaster not just my graphics, please?!?

are you going to release it then??????

I really like the layout, but you need to do some real work with those supports...they intersect the track in many places, and you should revise which supports you use where.

Personally, I used to have that exact same problem. I found a FANTASTIC way to practice is to open a new sandbox and load up some of the premade coasters and then practice on those. Still, like I said, spruce up the scenery slightly, maybe bring it closer to the water, and clean up the supports. The track itself is a good solid layout though. Keep at it, you are on your way! :)

A- man good job but it could use a bit more trees.

yah, this was pretty much my first time seriously using steelworx, but I did practice wiht it- on all of my older rollercoasters- They're can't be many trees because the oasis has a limited supply of water- and this was also my scenery was NOT up to par on this ride :noob:
