Hi peeps. Here is a little firework display I made a few months back to the soundtrack of the Holding out For a Hero song from Shrek 2.

Get it Here (http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=-776256726242777317&q=Holding+out+for+a+hero+fireworks)

I really liked the song. I didn't think that the fireworks were choreographed well with the music. Also I couldent see the fireworks when the burst in the air. Overall, good job.

Hmm, i think this community has lost the idea of what a fireworks show actually is. The music had so much more depth than what was shown. Just a random pile of fireworks where ever the music picked up is not syncing. It just had no personality to it. I think the only part i liked about it was the slow color changes in the fountains.

And im not trying to harp on your show specifically - but this whole community is doubting the power of the mixmaster and its integral role in not only shows, but rides, and overall atmosphere. A lot of people are afraid of it for some strange reason.

And in that - you have at least broken the seal and tried your hand at it - but there is so much more depth that can be unlocked if you just look around - and ask how.

I hope you continue in the mixmaster - not very many people do and it would be nice to have at least a few more people interested in this powerful addon.

I couldn't agree with you more. People in this community don't seem to realize the endless possibilities of the mixmaster, and with the variety that the AFE provide, it extend it even further....Some people are still making shows with the fireworks that came with the game, it's really a shame that so few people dare to explore and advance with this, I think the best of all features this game provides.....

Well, n747, the only problem with the few people is that it's a very complicated feature. I myself, have been looking for an in-depth tutorial for how to use it, but can't find one. I've found some that say, "This is what each button does" but that doesn't help me in how to make a proper firework, rather than just saying it's Trial-and-Error. It's the same with Custom Scenery, no one posts detailed tutorials on how to convert and align. Very few tutorials exist on how to make objects in these programs...I can't find any at least.

So point us in the right direction, since you are the master. [Not sarcasm]
