Hello. I have planned this BIIIIG project for a little while now, and this weekend i have been at my dads house so i have had a little time for free. (I couldnt work on my intamin looper because it is on my computer at home) this set i am working on mostly on my laptop so dont expect an update every day. It will probably take a while to finish because im planning on making alot of CTR trains from MSTS. Also a lot of scenery like The rocks under tracks. The set will also include big stations, station buildings, houses, bridges and whatever i can think of that msts got aswell :).

But here is some shots of the first creation.
LUL 1973 refurbished tube stock.
(I know it looks a little too high and tight but my laptop exports sketchup images in a weird format. Probably some wide screen format...)

Maybe you should just texturise the windows as seats instead of actually having the interior to keep polys down.

Any way to make the wheel stuff look more... 3D?

Why not look around the interior for ways to cut polys there. Do we really need CTR's which we can't ride? The whole idea of RCT3 is Ride what you build along with bringing past RCT games into 3D. I think the interior should stay but the polygons can be cut. Anything that can just become a texture should. If you don't want to do that leave a note saying " High Poly count use moderately." That is what they do in other games.

Great Idea. While I don't know about using Microsoft Train Simulator as your base being a good idea I do know doing some better trains for RCT3 is brilliant.

Then there would be no peeps riding it and no onride view ? :)

I agree, what's the sese of making a CTR if you can't ride it?

If I didn't want to ride my rides, i'd still be playing RCT2 :)

Looks great Azanderz, looking forward to seeing what you come up with :)
