You have to download the dll (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mingwm10).

Now whenever I try to do animated textures, I cannot open files with them, here is an example that is part of one of my xml's

<texture name="Anim Black" fps="1">
<textureanim frame="1" count="40"/>
<textureanim frame="0" count="7"/>
<textureanim frame="1" count="120"/>
<textureframe texture="Thatonekid's Custom Scenery\Thatonekid's Bitmap Textures\Black.bmp"/>
<textureframe texture="Thatonekid's Custom Scenery\Thatonekid's Bitmap Textures\Black.bmp" alpha="Thatonekid's Custom Scenery\Thatonekid's Bitmap Textures\Black.bmp" alphasource="2"/>
</texture>

The error says "incomplete content of element http://rct3.sourceforge.nt/rct3xml/scenery:textureanim". What's Wrong!?

There is a bug in the current V18 importer when it tries to open saved XML files that have animated textures. Basically, you can save the work with a static textutre version, and edit the texture into an animated one when you are ready to import- it still makes the animated texture, it just can't load the texture's animation frames from the XML.

well, I need to save it into an xml to run it through ovlmake (0.5, which has the same problem) and turn it into a CFR, so what do i do now? Wait for the next version?

And no, ovlmake 0.4 wont work, i passed the 31 mesh limit.

um. no need to use OVL Make. The importer does everything that OVL Make does, in a user friendly package ;)

...OK, but its the raw ovl that needs to import the xml with the anim textures. Its a CFR, thats why im having problems.
