Well i made a model in Google Sketchup, and it will operate like the flying carpet ride in the game, but looking more similar to this:

And when im finished with it i will post some pics, but i want to know how to animate it. Im not really good with blender, so is there another program? There is lots of confusion on how to make a CFR, and i also need to know if there is a tutorial out there for me to check out. Thanks in advance!

have you ever made any cs and gotten it into rct3 before?
if you havent, start with that. CFRs are the most complex things to mek currently and are definitely beyond most beginners...

Yes i have made CS sets but only for my use, in other words, i havent put them up for download. I have full knowledge on how to use the RCT3 Importer to import my scenery into RCT3.

If you haven't already, learn how to import a static model first. Then, learn how to import animated model. Then, move on to advanced things, such as CTR cars and CFRs.

To animate your CFR (or any animated model in general), the only two choices you have is MilkShape, which cost around $30 unless you have a pirated version, or Blender, which is free, but somewhat complicated to use. If I were you, I would save a couple bucks and just use Blender; it's complicated, but takes some time to learn. After you get used to the program, it becomes really straight forward and you can have the capability to create really complex objects and animations. Some tutorials I recommend you should look at if you decide to animate with Blender is this rigging and animation tutorial (LINK. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mFge8E20zU)) Good Luck! ;)

ok... have you done animation before? besides blender, there is milkshape, or my personal favorite (the long way) writing xml (but i wouldnt recommend it). also you will need to use blender to make splines (or xml is also possible here, but again very difficult)

look on Google for belgabor's tutorial

EDIT: wow, i took way too long to post, lol
